MTAB Technology Center is expanding its E-Learning and Projects footprint across India and creating Industry 4.0 talent pools across various Educational and Non Educational Sectors to meet changing business needs.

POSITION

< strong>We are looking to hire a Zoho Developer to develop software solutions on Zoho suite of apps and a platform to gain knowledge across domains.

Key Responsibilities

< u>< strong>Zoho Software Management
< strong>
  • Create document ZOHO system architecture that meets current business needs and anticipates future < li>
  • Understand software requirements and map them to Zoho products and features (Technical Solution Architecture) < li>
  • Improve the current configuration of our database to streamline and automate various functions. < li>
  • Configure permission, roles, and layouts for multiple user types and departments.< li>
  • Develop, if needed, custom applications to support business needs, especially word of mouth tracking system.< li>
  • Fixing post-production issues bugs< li>
  • Timely reporting on projects to Team leads Managers< li>
  • Design and development within Zoho CRM, with a specific focus on Deluge Programming, Zoho Systems Setup, CRM Workflows Blueprints, Widgets and Integration Connectors.< li>
  • Should be adaptable to running and managing applications, entries on Zoho and should be fully aware of how to use the different features of ZOHO.< li>
  • Take responsibility for the full life cycle of the projects : designing, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.< li>
  • Detailed understanding of Zoho Systems capabilities and limitations.< li>
  • Analyze the current solution, working with the business - to identify and develop areas of improvement
    < li> < ul> Data System Management
    < strong>
    • Implementation and customization of business applications on Zoho One including CRM, Projects, Desk, Campaigns, Analytics, and others as needed.< li>
    • Design and build portals with reports and dashboards as needed for various applications< li>
    • Data migration to and from other application platforms.< li>
    • Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding errors and other data-related problems. < li>
    • Proactively address data management and quality issues and provide transparent and continuous feedback to business heads.< li>
    • On-board and train users in data entry, data security procedures, reporting requirements, and develop and update training materials and resources.< li>
    • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.< li>
    • Develop and improve customized reports and dashboards to monitor data integrity and sales performance. < li>
    • Preparing reports for key stakeholders that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
      < li> < ul> Requirements
      < u>< strong>
      • Degree in Computer Science or any core Engineering field< li>
      • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience working with Zoho applications.< li>
      • Knowledge of related programming languages.< li>
      • Proficiency in Database Management- design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.< li>
      • Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions.< li>
      • Website content management experience is a plus.< li>
      • Google admin management experience is also a plus.< li>
      • Accuracy and attention to detail.< li>
      • Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.< li>
      • Verbal and Written communication skills.< li> < ul> Technical Skills
